Orders and Shipping
Orders normally arrive in 3-6 business days for domestic delivery (US), and 10-30 business days for international delivery. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. Untracked services are temporarily being used for shipping to these areas.
Visit the My Account page, enter your email address in the Register section, and click the Register button.
Visit the Orders page. Locate your order on the list and click the View button. You will see your order details, including the tracking number.
We ship using UPS and DHL. Note that Canada tracking is country-based – as soon as the package reaches the country, the tracking stops, however, the package will get delivered by local post in next days.
Your credit card information is not saved unless you select the checkbox next to “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” during checkout. Please note that we do not save your credit card information on our servers. Your information is securely stored by our credit card processor, Stripe. We do not have the ability to access your information.
Yes. Our business is located in Missouri which requires charging sales tax on all orders shipped to Missouri.
We are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes. They are packaged separately, even with multi-item orders. This makes sure that each mug is delivered in pristine condition.
If something is wrong
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most mugs if returned within 30 days of purchase. However, our personalized mugs are unique and produced only once ordered. Returns are not supported for personalized mugs.
Contact us to initiate a return on eligible items. We will email you a return shipping label you can print and affix to the package. The mug must be returned in the same packaging we used to send it to you and must be undamaged for a refund. See the information below if you happened to receive a wrong or damaged item.
Mixups happen sometimes. If you receive a mug that is a different design or color than what was ordered, we can issue a replacement with the correct design/color. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo of the incorrect mug.
If your mug happens to arrive damaged, we can replace the item or issue a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
We will provide a postage paid return label with the correct address for returns.
Contact us as soon as possible if you to change or cancel an order. Once a mug has gone into production, usually within 1 business day, we are unable to change or cancel the order. See our Return Policy above.
